Welcome to the Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta
Who We Are!
Our goal is to raise a substantial amount of funds for our unique Emerging Scholars Program. Unlike any other, this program serves youth in the North Metro footprint and beyond during the delicate transition period from high school to college and college to graduate level or career. The higher education journey is fragile and curious for our youth, often navigating without the proper guidance to access necessary resources that enhance or accelerate their educational progress.
The Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta, Inc. is a group of concerned African American men whose goal is to improve the quality of life in the community through our collective resources, abilities, and experiences.
Value Statement
The newly formed Emerging Scholars program effectively captures the “mentoring over a lifetime” experience for youth in our community. Emerging Scholars Participants are nurtured and mentored over 5 - 10 years, from high school to early college to graduate level. This extended enrichment period ensures that these individuals are developed intellectually and professionally with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to weather the storm of “life after college.”
